Welcome to Embrace Yoga Sheffield. I'm Emma and I fell in love with yoga in 2012 shortly after the birth of my son. I have practised yoga intermittently throughout my adult life but it wasn't until this time that I really got the yoga bug. To develop my own practice, I completed a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training qualification which has encouraged me to share my love of yoga, so here I am.
Yoga is a practice of transforming and benefitting every aspect of life, not just the time spent on the mat. If we can learn to be kind, truthful and use our energy in a worthwhile way, we will not only benefit ourselves with our practice, but everything and everyone around us too.
It has taught me many things over the years helping me to become calmer and more in tune with my physical and emotional needs.

I offer classes in and around the Sheffield area for the general public and corporate clients. My classes provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind. I like to make my yoga accessible, beneficial and enjoyable for everyone no matter what age or fitness level.

Classes are designed to give you enough strength, energy, compassion and kindness for the day ahead.
Sessions include a mixture of sun salutations, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to help balance the mind and body.
Classes have a different theme each week and are suitable for all levels of experience.
